The Haury Program would like to extend warm welcome to the newest member of the University of Arizona Indigenous Resilience Center, Dr. Cherie De Vore!
Dr. De Vore, Diné, is from the community of Crownpoint, NM in eastern Diné (Navajo) Nation. She is coming to The University of Arizona from completing her postdoc at Stanford, California, and will begin in Fall 2023 as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical & Environmental Engineering at the University of Arizona.
Dr. De Vore is proud to be a new member of the Indigenous Resilience Center and looks forward to working with her community and many others in Arizona on environmental restoration research.
